Mission
To discover, develop, and direct promising talent towards a professional career in theater and dance; to provide both children and their parents a realistic picture of the business of entertainment.

Philosophy
HBTL Youth Academy creates an environment that challenges students’ creativity, discipline, inner fortitude and independent thinking. All of these attributes contribute to a successful career and the development of a well-rounded person.

Academic Structure
Based upon the audition process, students will be assigned either to the Professional Track or Arts Appreciation Track. Holidays and other official school breaks are recognized.

Arts Appreciation
Art Appreciation classes will expose students to different art forms they may not normally encounter. Students will attend Modern, Ballet, Latin Jazz and Vocal class.

Professional Track
Students who demonstrate exceptional talent will be placed in this track. Emphasis will be placed in the development of the physical, mental and emotional strengths necessary for a successful theatrical career. Students will attend Modern, Ballet, Latin Jazz and Vocal classes.
