Diverse Voices Playwriting Contest

Our annual Diverse Voices Playwriting Contest spotlights new and emerging playwrights whose work represent or addresses the cultural diversity of America or diversity issues.

These readings are open to the public and offer playwrights valuable industry exposure.

In 2006 Diverse Voices showcased six plays from submissions nationwide.  Judged by a select panel of Broadway producers and literary agents, the first place winner, Dead Dogs Don't Fart by Susan Price Monnot, won $1,000.

We are currently accepting submissions for 2007. Please click here for complete rules and guidelines.
